It all starts with an idea. An idea to change the world, even if not change the world it changes the life of a few who are invested in it. Ideas give birth to the business strategy which guides the architecture, which forces process that leads to org structures.

As a leader, an org change is an easy trap and starts seeing it as the root of all evils OR as the panacea.

EMs are responsible for delivery, PM for roadmap built on research and they both are responsible for the outcomes. This partnership can be played out at different levels and reporting structures. The reporting structure is determined by the maturity of the product, company, and the intended outcomes. Let's go over some common topologies, what they mean, and their impacts/outcomes.
