Perspective when providing feedback: giving and receiving feedback is an emotional event. We all want to give positive feedback and to receive such. The goal is to provide feedback and data to help the recipient. Try to substantiate critical feedback with events or data. The reason you are providing feedback is so that you can get more effective at what you do. Feedback is always subjective. Good feedback keeps your interests at the center.
